I have over 1.5 years of hands-on experience in the credit repair industry, handling dispute processing and assisting clients with improving their credit profiles. My experience includes disputing collections, charge-offs, late payments, hard inquiries, and other inaccurate negative items. I have also submitted CFPB complaints, processed EWS and ChexSystems disputes, and worked directly with the credit bureaus to help expedite dispute resolutions.
I am confident communicating with Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion by phone and have no problem contacting them to verify information, follow up on disputes, and request inquiry removals when appropriate.
In addition, I am proficient with GoHighLevel (GHL) for client management and workflow organization. I also have basic working knowledge of Credit Repair Cloud (CRC) and DisputeFox, and I learn new systems quickly.
I take pride in being detail-oriented, organized, and dependable. I work well independently, manage multiple cases efficiently, and always strive to provide the best possible outcome for every client.
