Profile Description

My journey began as an Office Engineer at a private construction company, where my abilities in managing office operations, project documentations, cost estimating, and financial tracking between different stakeholders, ensuring that field operations run smoothly and remain compliant with technical specifications. Transitioning to a Design Engineer role, I expanded my skills set to include proficiency in engineering softwares such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Planswift, STAAD.pro, ETABS, Tekla, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Sketchup, Autodesk Revit (MEP BIM Modeling) & Lumion. In this position, I have been responsible for a wide range of tasks, including Project Scheduling, Bill of Materials/Quantities (BOM/BOQ), preparing detailed drawing for Local and PEZA OBO building and occupancy permits. Through this role, I developed a tough skill set in project management, coordination and I gained valuable insights, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion of the projects, enabling me to produce efficient construction detailed drawing plans, 3D structures modeling, structure analysis and also maintaining alignment and safety standards. These experience have equipped me with the ability to adapt quickly to new workplace, work effectively to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and avoid delays. Overall, my background in construction experience and proficiency in various softwares, positions me as a valuable asset capable of contributing to the success of any project or team in the construction industry.
