Certified Family Physician; Certified Basic Occupational Safety and Health; Cert

I have previously worked in a BPO company that was a travel agency. We handled concerns from booking, rebooking, and flight cancellations. We also handled payment/credit card concerns. Aside from this, when I became a medical doctor, I faced patients every day, which is just like customer service. There is room for improvement, and I'm willing to learn if need be.

I am somewhat familiar with Microsoft Word as I used it to make numerous reports and even my research paper when I was in the Residency Training Program. Further training is welcome to help me improve on this if required by the task at hand. I am willing to learn and improve.

I worked with patients and families from different walks of life. As a Family Medicine Physician, I have done numerous counseling of patients and even family meetings (counseling) to discuss sensitive matters and help guide them to come to terms with difficult questions and decisions.

I can make simple and formal PowerPoint presentations, as I have made numerous reports as a Family Medicine Chief Resident. I am very willing to be trained to enhance this skill to match the standards required of me.

As a medical doctor and a Certified Family Physician, I have completed my own research paper that has passed national standards. I am familiar with the steps of the research process. I am willing to be trained further to become more proficient with this skill.

I have worked as the Chief Resident of our hospital's Family and Community Medicine Residency Training Program for over a year. I have experience managing people and handling other administrative tasks. I am a fast learner and am willing to be trained to improve this skill.

I have experience with quality control as it is part of our competencies in our Residency Training. I may not be an expert, but I am familiar with it. I am willing to be trained to enhance this skill to better use it in whatever work/task I need to accomplish.
