I’m a CAD Drafter and Construction Estimator with hands-on experience as a Site Engineer and Project Engineer, supporting real construction projects from planning to execution.

My background in the field allows me to understand drawings beyond theory—I’ve worked with actual site conditions, coordinated with teams, and handled project documentation, giving me a practical and detail-oriented approach to drafting and estimating.

I work with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, PlanSwift, and Bluebeam to deliver accurate drawings, quantity takeoffs, and organized project data that support better decision-making and cost control.

• Produce accurate 2D drawings (plans, elevations, sections) in AutoCAD
• Create 3D models in SketchUp and BIM models in Revit

At the same time, I am expanding my skills in BIM modeling using Revit (Architectural, Structural, and MEPFS) and planning to learn Primavera and Microsoft Project for construction scheduling. My goal is to become a well-rounded Quantity Surveyor capable of supporting projects from modeling and takeoffs to scheduling and cost control.
