’m a Licensed Civil Engineer with 9+ years of experience in construction, specializing in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and project scheduling for large-scale infrastructure projects including the Metro Manila Subway and North-South Commuter Railway.

I have hands-on experience in precast production and fabrication yard development and transforming raw land into fully operational construction facilities. My background includes reviewing drawings and specifications, material quantification, subcontractor billing validation, and preparing accurate construction documentation.

Now transitioning into a Construction Virtual Assistant role, I support contractors and project managers with estimating, take-offs, scheduling, and documentation. I am proficient in PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu, MS Project, and Excel, and I am highly adaptable and quick to learn new tools and systems.
