I've worked as a General Virtual Assistant for 4 years in an e-commerce business. Handled Shopify store fulfilling orders via Dropified, Research, and Source New Products, Adding Products on Shopify Website, Email Customer Service (Tracking Orders, Handled Refund, Answering Customer's Concerns, etc.) Facebook ads, Instagram ads, and other social media marketing. I also have experience in Marketing and Promotion. I've worked as a Marketing Trainee in both Service and Manufacturing companies wherein I got engaged in marketing research, Identifying customers' concerns and needs, Assisting in conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey, and doing Promotional materials to increase brand awareness of the business. I also worked as a Marketing Support Staff in an IT Services Company, wherein I got engaged in the preparation and monitoring of sales proposals and contracts, designing marketing collaterals, helping in building a good relationship with the customers, Handling the CRM database, Managing the company website, Facilitate corporate events and meetings and Completion of vendor accreditation requirements. I also manage my own personal website on WordPress writing motivational stories, travel experiences blogs, and even inspiring poems.
