i have been using the computer as a tool for over 10 years now so i'm practically well rounded when it comes to MS Office applications. i also write personal essays and accept paper works from college and graduate students for editing/paraphrasing/revisions (for a certain fee).
i have worked as a call center agent for over 2 years with accounts ranging from customer service to technical support (for a financial consultancy & accountancy firms.) This experience gave me leverage when it comes to basic troubleshooting and also widened my background about basic programming (hardware and software.)
my short stint as an ESL teacher has given me a network of clients who come to me for basic tutorials with IELTS. (this has taken a back seat because of the demand of time.)
i am currently a Business Development Officer for an investment company with flexible working hours. i handle training for agents and at the same time seizes market opportunities and business acquisitions. though my working hours are flexible, this is actually just a normal 8am-5pm job; thus i still have a lot of hours which could still be put to good use.
