I've been working as a Technical Support Representative for more than 3 years. I have great customer service skills, computer and internet savvy. I have also worked as a Manufacturing Technician for Semiconductor and Electronics Companies in the past and is a very good product support specialist. In my present job, I am identified as one of the Product Experts wherein we handle escalated calls and complicated issues that require further research for resolution. We work hand in hand with product experts in the US to further enhance our product skills and to improve the current process that we're using.
