Performance Analysis: Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement rates, and conversion metrics. Uses these insights to report on progress and adjust future strategies.


Trend Monitoring: Stays current with platform-specific algorithm changes, emerging trends, and digital marketing best practices to keep the brand relevant.


Collaboration & Coordination: Works with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, creative/design, sales, and customer service) to ensure a unified brand tone and seamless campaign execution.
