I worked as a Quality Control Staff responsible for inspecting products, identifying defects, and ensuring they meet quality standards. I also document results and coordinate with the production team to maintain consistency and quality.

I assist customers with product inquiries and help them throughout the purchasing process. I also handle after-sales support by addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction. I focus on clear communication, quick responses, and building good relationships with clients.

As a Technical Assistant, I am responsible for managing the inventory of a department. I monitor stock levels, track incoming and outgoing items, and ensure all records are accurate and up to date. I use Microsoft Office to record and organize inventory data, helping maintain an efficient and well-documented system. This role developed my attention to detail, organization, and ability to handle data and administrative tasks effectively.
