I have over five years of experience as a Counter Service Staff member and Cashier in a local food service and culinary business. Throughout my experience, I have developed strong customer service skills, effectively assisting customers and addressing their needs and inquiries in a professional manner.

I'm very familiar with AI tools like Claude, ChatGpt, Gemini AI, etc. I've been using AI to generate contents for personal and professional matters.

During the pandemic, I had the opportunity to assist a friend who worked as a Virtual Assistant, which allowed me to gain valuable exposure to the field. Through this experience, I learned and developed a variety of Virtual Assistant skills, including administrative support, communication, scheduling, data entry, online research, email management, and the use of digital productivity tools. Working closely with her helped me understand the importance of organization, attention to detail, time management, and professionalism in providing remote support to clients.
