Hands-on-29 years Professional Experience in Community Development, Participatory Local Governance & Advocacy, Organizational Management, Gender and Development/Empowerment and Advocacy, Institution/Alliance Building, Nonformal and Formal Education, Micro-Finance/Micro-Enterprise Program Management and Training and Forum Management with specific experiences in participatory local governance involving both the LGU officials and different Civil Society Organizations (CSO's), multi-sectoral and multi-level participatory development planning, forged effective linkages/networks with Governments (at National, Regional, Provincial, Municipal and Village levels) and NGO's/CSO's, capacity building of Local Government Units (LGU), federation building/coalition development, women organizing, organized Whealth Network core groups (nurses and midwives) nationwide and community mobilization, gender and development, micro-finance and micro-enterprise development, on advocacy: launched and managed LGU and CSO awareness on Gender and Development (GAD) budget accessing, women agenda building, LSR (Local Sectoral Representation) and women's right, anti-corruption advocacy. Developed strategic partnerships and experienced in Fund Management dealing with International Funders- CRWRC (Christian Reformed World Relief Committee North America), Ford Foundation, ICCO (Inter-Church Cooperation Organization), USAID and PHILGERFUND. Of the 29 years experience, 21 years were spent with nongovernment/private sector and the rest (8 years) spent in government.
