Medical Virtual Assistant role (15–20 hours/week) to provide technical data and healthcare administrative
support to patients, providers, and clinics, and be part of their ongoing success.

Advanced Technical Support specializing in CGM and patient data. I resolve incidents involving Dexcom devices, including sensors, transmitters (TX), and receivers. Proficient in Dexcom mobile apps and home user Clarity workflows, I coordinate with Service Engineering (SE) if necessary for higher-access troubleshooting. I ensure patients have reliable historical data for their upcoming endocrinology appointments by resolving technical data gaps, while identifying SAE/MDR triggers to maintain patient safety and strict FDA compliance.
