I am proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) and Microsoft Office, and have basic knowledge of Canva and Trello. I am also familiar with ChatGPT, QuillBot, and Gemini. I earned certifications during my training at VA Camp and continue pursuing additional certifications to further strengthen my virtual assistance skills.
