Hello, my name is Jayson Sotto. I am a Licensed Mechanical Engineer with almost 4 years of experience in construction, estimation, and quantity surveying for industrial, oil & gas, mining, and fabrication projects. I worked as a Design and Cost Engineer at EEI Corporation, one of the largest construction companies in the Philippines.

My main experience is in material takeoff, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, bid support, and drawing review. I can read IFC drawings, shop drawings, piping isometric drawings, and P&ID diagrams. I also have site experience working on EPC projects, shutdown works projects.

I am skilled in PlanSwift, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Navisworks, and advanced Microsoft Excel for cost computation and estimation. I can prepare quantity takeoffs, cost summaries, manpower estimates, and supplier comparison sheets. I also have field experience as a Quantity Surveyor and Site Engineer, so I understand both office and site work.
