Profile Description

I am currently working as a Publishing Consultant in a Publishing Company for quite a while and I have learned new skills in dealing with people most especially when it comes to closing a sale. Using the principles of selling I was able to apply these theories in the field of Real Estate Business. Now, I know how to profile the clients according to their capacity and the urgency. Having the knowledge about the product that I sell makes me very confident in answering the customer's inquiry and at the same time makes me look and sound professional.
I was previously employed in several call centers. I have also learned how to deal with angry customers at the same time satisfy them after hours of talking on the phone. Having these experiences gives me the opportunity to improve my skills in language particularly in English . This made me realize
how important it is to learn how to interact with different kinds of people having different kinds of issues.
I was a Team Leader and I have learned a lot of techniques in coaching a person.
I know how to evaluate a person based on standards.
I know how to use Microsoft applications such as MS Word, Excel, etc.
I know how to use the internet in terms of gathering prospects and turning them into leads.
