Profile Description

Hi, I'm Jerico.

I enjoy helping business owners stay organized by taking care of the tasks that often consume their time—managing emails, updating records, organizing files, maintaining spreadsheets, scheduling appointments, phone calling and handling day-to-day administrative work.

I may not have years of experience working as a Virtual Assistant, but I make up for it with reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. I take instructions seriously, ask questions when needed, and always do my best to complete tasks accurately and on time.

Through internship experience and personal projects, I've worked with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, HubSpot CRM, and Zoho CRM. I'm comfortable handling repetitive tasks, organizing information, and supporting business operations behind the scenes.

If you're looking for someone dependable, easy to work with, and genuinely willing to help your business run smoothly, I'd be happy to be part of your team.

Top Skills

Experience: Less than 6 months

I have experience finding and qualifying leads based on a client's ideal customer profile instead of collecting random contact lists. I research companies, identify the right decision-makers, verify contact details, and organize everything accurately in spreadsheets or CRMs. I also look for useful insights such as recent hiring, company growth, funding, or leadership changes that can help make outreach more relevant. I work carefully, double-check information, and use AI tools to speed up research without sacrificing accuracy.

Other Skills

Experience: Less than 6 months

I update contact records, track customer information, and keep CRM data organized. I make sure records are current and easy to review so important details are not missed during follow-ups.

Experience: Less than 6 months

I help keep schedules organized by managing appointments, updating calendars, and making sure important meetings and deadlines are properly recorded. I pay attention to scheduling conflicts and timing to avoid unnecessary issues.

Experience: Less than 6 months

I work with spreadsheets and databases to enter, update, and organize information. I take my time to check details before submitting work because even small errors can create bigger problems later.

Experience: Less than 6 months

I organize inboxes by sorting emails, flagging important messages, and keeping conversations easy to track. I understand how a cluttered inbox can slow down work, so I make sure messages are organized and attended to properly.

Experience: Less than 6 months

I enjoy working on tasks that require organization and attention to detail. Whether it's updating spreadsheets, organizing files, entering data, or keeping records accurate, I like making sure everything is in order. I'm still growing my experience as an Administrative Virtual Assistant, but I am dependable, willing to learn, and committed to doing quality work.

Experience: Less than 6 months

I coordinate schedules by arranging meetings, confirming availability, and updating calendar events when changes occur. I make sure everyone involved has the correct information to avoid confusion and missed appointments.
