I’m an E-commerce & Inventory Specialist who helps online stores stay organized by managing inventory, orders, and daily operations efficiently.

Currently, I work as a Merchandise Planner under Store Management Team in a consumer electronics retail company, supporting 20+ new store openings by handling product allocation, inventory readiness, and ensuring smooth store launch execution.

I have hands-on experience managing Shopee and TikTok Shop operations during the pandemic, including product listing, order processing, customer support, and live selling. This trained me to work accurately and efficiently in fast-paced e-commerce environments.

I also have customer service experience in the telecom industry, where I handled voice support for international customers. This strengthened my communication skills and ability to handle concerns professionally.

I am open and eager to learn Shopify and other e-commerce platforms to quickly adapt to different systems and workflows.
