Senior Bookkeeper - Effortless Accounts June 2022- Present
Handles and monitors accounts receivables and accounts payables
Maintains the books of clients by reconciliation of all bank accounts
Prepares payroll (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) and commissions
Creates custom reports as needed by the accountant and or client.
Assists with the management and operation of internal systems and processes
Liaise with clients via email, chat or video call for necessary documents and/or
clarifications to complete any task
Assist and prepare monthly, quarterly and end of financial year taxes
Excellent on technology skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint),
Google Suites, FYI, ---------- , Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Salesforce)
Proven ability to identify and implement improvements to streamline processes and
increase efficiency and productivity.
