If you're like most business owners who spend your weekends staring at spreadsheets, sorting through messy receipts, or stressing over bank reconciliations.
You did it to build something. That's where I can help. I'm an aspiring Virtual Assistant specializing in cloud bookkeeping and financial data management. While I am new to freelancing, I'm not new to managing numbers, invoices and business systems. Before transitioning online, I spent years in corporate hospitality operations handling cost control, auditing vendor deliveries and checking purchase orders against strict company budgets to keep margins healthy.

I've taken that real-world experience with data accuracy combined it with formal training in modern accounting systems. I am fully certified in both QuickBooks Online and Xero.

What I Can Take Off Your Plate:

Setup and/or Maintenance of Xero and QuickBooks file including;
-Customized Chart of Accounts (COA)
-Upload historical transactions from bank accounts.
-Assistance with setup of any bank feed available.
-Customized Reporting

Daily Bookkeeping including but is not limited to the ff;
-Record cash receipts/income from your bank deposits.
-Record cash disbursement/expenses from your bank transactions.
-Record interbank transfers.
-Record any adjusting entries needed.
-Reconciling bank transactions to credit card to statements.
-Reconcile other balance Sheet accounts to underlying records.
-Creating Bills, Sales Invoice, Credit Notes, Purchase Order, etc.

Monthly Financial Reporting Including;
-Balance Sheet
-Profit and Loss
-Month-to-Month Comparison whenever applicable
