I have developed and operationalized programme management support systems as well as training programs and projects for institutions and communities in Southern Philippines in the areas of governance, delivery of basic services, economic development, conflict analysis, culture of peace promotion and project cycle management.
My core competencies include framework development, project proposal-making and training design development.
I can develop frameworks and concepts in both graphics/illustration and narrative forms.
I do articles, edit and re-write reports. I ensure that these write-ups are succinct but contents are substantive based on good research about the topic.
