I worked as a freelance writer for SEO articles, with topics varying from day-to-day items and to more specific brand products. I also worked for a customer service support company, answering text questions from customers. I also worked as a transcriptionist, writing down (verbatim and non-verbatim) 3-minute-long conversations.
