As International Institute for Neurosciences
Department Secretary i provide secretarial support for Director of IINS. Schedules and registers both new patients and recurring patients.
Facilitates communication between staff members, patients and families, physician office staff, insurance companies and vendors.
Prepares charts for new and ongoing patients and manages the information flow for the patient's medical record.
Maintains and organizes the filing system and all medical records in the office.
Arranges transportation for patients as needed.
Assists therapists with insurance authorization and denials.
Orders equipment and supplies and maintains inventory.
