Hi, my name is Reynalyn, but you can call me Rey. I have a background in healthcare, with over five years of experience working in a diagnostic laboratory, including my recent role as a Branch Supervisor. In that role, I handled not just laboratory operations but also patient coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks, which helped me develop strong attention to detail and communication skills.
What really inspired me to transition into becoming a Medical Virtual Assistant is my passion for helping patients beyond the clinical setting. I realized that even behind the scenes, I can make a big impact by supporting healthcare providers and ensuring smooth patient experiences.
I’m currently upskilling in tools like EMR systems, Google Workspace, and scheduling platforms so I can fully adapt to a remote healthcare environment. I’m highly organized, reliable, and I genuinely care about the quality of my work.
