Hi, Thank you for taking the time to check and reading my proposal. And to tell you more about myself my name is ---------- ---------- . I started working in the Bpo industry when I was 23 years old, way back in 2015. With my almost 6 years of experience in this industry, I acquired a lot of skills and knowledge that will help me succeed in this raw, I'm well versed in Microsoft office word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook.
I work with PayPal as one of their customer support, who handles calls, emails and chats in the past 3 years. I have 2 years of experience being a customer service representative of metro by T-Mobile, a year as an Appointment setter, 6 months as a B2B cold caller, and 4 years as a bill collector for a credit card company. I have been a data clerk in a manufacturing company as well.
I have experience taking inbound calls, outbound, email, and chat.
I handled incoming calls from customers who have issues or inquiries regarding their credit cards. My job is to know and understand their concerns, provide the best solution, and document their account regarding their call.
I even received a jacket, tumbler, and a sling bag as a reward for exceeding our metrics which motivated me.
Working as a customer service representative taught me how to be more understanding, compassionate, and patient.
My job is to help customers with their complaints and questions, give customers information about their Phone provider. Activating account, cancelation, downgrade and upgrade their plan, Assist customers who want to change device, change phone numbers, payment, and refunds,
Overall with this experience, I learn how to handle pressure, work under a tight deadline, the complete task ahead of time, Multitask and provide top natch Customer service experience.
