Profile Description

With my 10 years of working experience i can say that the one that allow me to grow and utilize my expertise is my latest company where i started as customer service/data entry representative and after a year of working with NCR i got promoted as a Team Leader which i used to lead 3 teams one for RMA team where we do rebills, issue credits to customers for their returned products, second is order changes team do manufacturing reports and changes on the order and E-commerce Team where we make sure that orders of the customers are entered in the system and released/delivered to them in a timely manner and we are using ERP, NOL and EDW to do all the work that are mentioned above.
I also had an experience working under Finance Department, doing payroll, collection and billing and do bookkeeping jobs.
