Core Responsibilities
Incident Management: Act as the single point of contact for users via phone,
First-Line Troubleshooting: Resolve common issues like password resets, VPN connectivity, software installations, and printer errors.
Ticket Routing: Properly document issues in a ticketing system (like ServiceNow or Jira) and escalate complex "Level 2" problems to the right specialized teams.
User Access: Manage accounts through Active Directory (creating users, modifying permissions, or unlocking accounts).
Hardware Support: Provide basic guidance for laptop setups, mobile device synchronization, and peripheral troubleshooting
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
Experience: 1 - 2 years
Handle inbound and outbound calls, including ticket follow-ups and customer issue resolution Use enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Workday, and Microsoft OneNote for ticketing, documentation, and workflow management Troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook email issues, including login errors, sending/receiving failures, and mailbox access problems Perform password resets for both mobile devices and workstations Diagnose and resolve internet connectivity issues (slow speed, intermittent connection, no access) Provide Mac OS support, including login issues and VPN connectivity troubleshooting Configure and troubleshoot VPN connections (Cisco Secure Client) Support VoIP systems, including Cisco phone provisioning, inbound/outbound call issues, and voicemail setup/access Install and maintain printers (HP Inkjet & LaserJet), including setup and cartridge replacement Configure and troubleshoot scanner devices and related software issues Assist with data backup and restoration, including cloud storage and local (C-drive) access Manage user accounts using Active Directory, including account creation, unlocking, and permissions
Experience: 2 - 5 years
