Though my scope is not limited to that but I was also trained to do basic troubleshooting to their access online, Device Network Activation such as Digital/Esim/Physical Simcard Activation Issues, Smart Watches Activation, Device Hotspot, 5G Home devices, Manage subscriptions issues Second job was a T1 Apple Support Advisor - We Guide the caller on how to troubleshoot devices, Such as Apple Phone, Apple Watches, Apple Airpods, Tablets and track lost devices, help them with subscription issues, Submit/Process Refund Request.

Help Patient Booked Appointment, Medication Refill, Referrals.
