Manual journaling of the five special journals involves recording recurring business transactions in their designated books to ensure organized and efficient bookkeeping. These include the Sales Journal for credit sales, Purchases Journal for credit purchases, Cash Receipts Journal for all cash inflows, Cash Disbursements Journal for all cash payments, and the General Journal for other transactions such as adjustments and corrections. Using these special journals helps simplify posting to the ledger and maintain accurate financial records.

I have experience in data entry, accurately encoding pawn transactions, auction sales, renewals, and redemptions into the system. I ensure all records are updated, organized, and verified for accuracy, supporting daily reports and bookkeeping tasks.
