Versatility is my strongest suit. I can be as readable as Hans Andersen, or, as scholarly as Homer; I can be as prolific as the great Red Smith or simply comical like the venerable Jim Murray.
I am reliable, meticulous and a great listener. I believe that excellence is only attained by our willingness to listen and learn. I love reading and I read a lot!
I have strong backgrounds in newswriting, sportswriting and featurewriting. I was twice an editor of our university student newspaper during college, became a sporswriter for a national broadsheet in the Philippines for over 8 years, and currently writes as a regular guest editorial columnist in several Filipino-American local newspapers in California.
