Profile Description

-(7)mos Commercial Debt Collector. My job includes finding the debtor who owe payments, analyzing their accounts, investigate their assets and liabilities, collect over due balances  and negotiate payment terms if applicable.

- (3)years Claims Analyst. My job is to communicate regularly with beneficiaries and gather necessary documents to complete the Claims process, Part of my job includes reviewing and verifying personal information when reviewing Claims, ordering probate documents at the County Clerk Offices and ordering public records such as birth certificates, death certificates, divorce decrees. Final stage of the claims process is communicating with the State Auditor to follow up on Claim Status.

(3)yrs Accounts Receivable/Collections. Upon receipt of the claims pay-out, my job is to properly bill our clients for the services rendered. Part of my responsibilities is to ensure that the payment is collected in a real time manner and negotiate payments terms if applicable

-(1)year Sales Representative. My job is to cold call prospective clients to offer our services. The goal is to get them to sign up with us to help them process their claim. After 1yr into this job, I was promoted as Claims Analyst.

-(9)mos Receptionist. My job is to answer and screen incoming calls and route them to the Sales Representative. Part of my tasks is to assist my colleagues with administrative tasks. After 9mos into this role, I was moved in to being a Sales Representative. 

-(5)years 3rd Party Debt Collector. My job is to collect the balance owed, offer payment plan and leverage discount whichever works beneficial to both the consumer and to our clients.- (1)year Experienced Claims Analyst. My role is to review the claims filed by the policyholder for completeness and accuracy as well as to verify that the damages are covered by the policy. My job also includes reviewing policy to determine which charges are eligible for reimbursement.

- (3)years experienced Customer Service Representative where I handled a US Account. My job is to resolve customers concerns and inquires such as billing, orders, phone troubleshooting and up-selling of products and services. 

- (2) Years experienced Sales Representative for a UK Account. My job is to  up-sell telephone packages to its existing consumer and sell mobile phones.
