I am a graduate of Civil Engineering and have an experience in several project types like residential, mid-rise and fit-out projects for both Philippines and International clients. I use Cubit software, AutoCAD and Microsoft excel for my quantity take-offs and estimation. Along with estimation is doing a thorough tender analyses by looking for sub-contractors for other specific scope of works like stone works, cabinetries, pool, etc. as specified in the plan.
