In my 16 years of experience in the employment world, I have performed a multitude of tasks from clerical to liaison to being in-charge of accounts to training and supervision of agents.
Along the way, I have not only learned the technical side of each task but also the phsyche that is needed to perform each duty to the utmost efficacy.
From all these, the most important skills I was able to take away are the ability to multi-task, organization, ability to prioritize and work with minimal supervision.
