1.Receiving Items Accept incoming shipments from suppliers or transporters. Check quantities and conditions of items. Verify deliveries against purchase orders or delivery documents. 1.Inventory Encoding / Data Entry Record received items into the inventory system or database. Update stock levels accurately. Maintain organized digital records for tracking. 2.Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly inventory reports. Track stock movements such as received, issued, and remaining items. Report discrepancies, shortages, or damages. 3.Inventory Monitoring Help maintain accurate stock counts. Support cycle counts or physical inventory audits. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure items are stored correctly. 4.Coordination Communicate with suppliers, warehouse staff, and management. Ensure deliveries are processed and documented properly. Support operational planning and workflow.
