• Supervise and inspect site activities including excavation, concreting, masonry works, reinforcement installation (FTB, columns, and beams), and finishing works (painting, ceiling, tiling, doors, and windows) to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards

• Develop detailed material estimates and cutting lists for tiles, painting works, reinforcement bars, concrete, formworks, and ceiling works to ensure efficient material utilization and cost control.


• Review and manage subcontractor progress billings to ensure accurate quantities and prevent overpayment.

• Requesting and analyzing quotations from vendors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications while securing high-quality materials and workmanship at the most competitive prices.

• Performed accurate quantity take-offs from construction drawings and specifications using Bluebeam and PlanSwift.

• Coordinated with senior engineers in documenting and processing change orders for scope modifications.

Gained hands-on experience in plan reading, construction documentation, cost estimation, and quantity take-offs, while supporting project coordination. Further developed proficiency in Bluebeam and PlanSwift, building a solid foundation in construction management for residential and fit-out projects.

• Inspect condominium units that have punch lists that need to be rectified and inform the SMDC if the units is ready for inspection.

• Act as a companion of SMDC QA/QC engineer to verify if the condominium units are ready to turnover to their client.

• Coordinate with some sub-contractors about fixing those units that have punch lists and balances for a door opening or check if the copy if we are on the same page.

This role enhanced my skills in coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring project progress, and conducting quality control inspections to ensure compliance with construction drawings and project specifications
