• Customer Service Representative – Customer-focused professional with strong inbound and outbound call centre experience for an off-shore business products outsourcing company. Has good command of English Language and has excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Diplomatically resolves customer complaints and diffuses tension to ensure customers retention. Serves the customer with the integrity and mandate of the service I represent, while at the same time with the greatest concern for the customers.
• Sales Executive - Generates leads for clients and sets appointments to possible new customers that are interested in the type of service that clients offer. Developing new prospects and exploring sales opportunities through cold calling
• Administrative Assistant – Prepares and files documents and schedules them using computerized and manual processing systems. Prepares, key in, edits and proofreads correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material from shorthand, machine dictation and handwritten copy using computers. Schedules and confirms appointments and meetings of employer, compiles data, statistics and other information and conduct research,
