In my work experience, email has been the main communication throughout the construction of the projects to connect and communicate with the clients, consultants, and of course the materials suppliers. Every material purchases, submittals and inquiries, and every conversation with the almost everybody, I used email as a tool to connect professionally with them.

I've been able to sell different products online like food, beauty products, and clothings. I also sold some farm and residential lots, just posted it online and meeting with clients to talk about the deals.
