I am tasked to prepare previsit charts of the patient prior to their appointment, giving me opportunities how a chart should be prepared and completed. I am also able to relay results to the patient after the physician reviewed their blood works. I am confident in my ability to coordinate safe and successful care, working collaboratively with colleagues and external departments.
Additionally, I possess strong skills in compassionate communication and meticulous monitoring, ensuring accurate record-keeping and patient confidentiality that is important in relaying lab results. My experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW), an EMR system widely used in the USA, enables me to efficiently manage and update patient records, streamlining workflow and enhancing patient care.
