I possess very good communication skills, both verbal and written, in english, filipino, hiligaynon and cebuano. high comprehension makes me not only a quick learner but also a fast thinker, able to act correctly on my own intiative should it be required. more importantly, all the skills i acquired these past three years of work experience are specific to online jobs, one of which is human relations, the ability to calm an irate customer or to persuade a respondent to take a survey, to resolve a problem in the least time, to speak standard american english, and to write it in correct grammar.
