Social Media Marketing Specialist

I create daily social media content using Canva, including both graphics and short-form videos. I consistently produce 6 graphics and 1 video per day tailored for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Nextdoor. My work focuses on clean visuals, platform-appropriate formats, and engaging content designed to support brand visibility and lead generation.

I manage projects using Trello by organizing tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups. I create and maintain boards, lists, and cards to monitor leads, client requests, vendor coordination, and project status. This helps keep workflows organized, priorities clear, and communication efficient.

I handle daily lead generation through consistent organic posting on Facebook Pages, Nextdoor, TikTok, and Instagram. When a new client is onboarded, I organize all tasks and leads in Trello for proper tracking and follow-through. I coordinate with vendors, connect leads to the right service providers, and assist with creating estimates. Once the bidding process is completed, I ensure all details are properly documented and closed out.

I handle warm calls to follow up with clients and vendors regarding inquiries, project details, and next steps. I assist in clarifying questions, providing updates, and maintaining clear communication to ensure smooth coordination between clients and service providers.
