I usually use platforms like Tiktok, Facebook, and Instagram to engage with the community such as likes, comments, and reactions from my followers. I manage criticisms and I usually use social media to raise awareness and advocate for political issues such as making posters and posting them on social media to make people aware politically and socially. Before then, I created a page for selling online brands, I usually used reels to grow my followers and get to know my brand better. On that page, I received good feedback and it was easy to get reviews on the page.

Before, I usually use graphic designing for my journalism organization like political cartoons, and usually make logos and posters for my school and use it for updates and announcements for online blended learning classes. Canva is one of the main tools I use to make my works look beautiful and professional. I also volunteered before in my class to create simple logos and cover photos for our section and a pubmat for academic presentations.

During my business, inputting and managing customer information became important to me in tracking and organizing it in a correct and accurate process. Just like manually entering attendance in spreadsheets and its shortcuts in the software system to facilitate and organize important information. In data entry, I had a scholar which is the TESDA (Data Analytics) more on related since it is about databases and entering customer details to complete their details.

Marketing is related to social media marketing, but in a way it is a mix of physical selling and strategies on what people really need that we should focus on such as foods, clothes that people demand and brands that people require or want. It is about creating value for customers and showing us marketing excellence, such as communicating with them professionally.

Back then, I had a business about printing services where I also promote it on social media like Facebook and Instagram to get more objectives like sales and target audience. I also use it as a content calendar to schedule posts consistently to stay active and introduce many people to the business I am presenting.
