Bcause I have been in the world of
business analysis and project management for quite some time, analytical skills are foremost in my skills list. Seeing the bigger picture also helps me to focus the time and resources toward the goal. Weighing the advantages and disadvantages of different approaches also helps me to steer the team toward the goal quicker but still with quality results.
