Through my education and professional experiences, I have developed a strong set of skills. First and foremost, one of my best qualities is my ability to communicate. I can express myself clearly and interact with a variety of audiences because I speak both English and Filipino fluently. My internship and my work as a Non-Voice Customer Service Representative have strengthened my ability to communicate clearly through written reports, live chat, and social media.

As a result of my interactions with clients and coworkers, I also have excellent interpersonal skills. While my internship required teamwork and collaboration, which helped me forge strong professional relationships, my time at Teleperformance Baguio taught me the value of empathy and understanding in meeting customer needs.

My ability to be organized is another one of my strong points. During my internship at the Professional Regulation Commission, maintaining records and organizing events required careful attention to detail and time management, both of which I completely embrace.

In addition, my experiences have helped me hone my analytical and problem-solving abilities. I approach problems with a solution-oriented mindset, whether I'm troubleshooting customer issues or evaluating organizational needs. This capacity for situation analysis has been essential to achieving successful outcomes in administrative and customer service roles.

Along with communication skills, I am technically proficient with programs like Microsoft Office, multimedia and graphics, and photo and video editing. This ability improves the way information is shared and presented by enabling me to produce interesting content for a variety of platforms. I had to learn how to use various digital interfaces as part of my customer service experience, which made me more at ease with technology.
