Hi, I'm Kezze Krisna Rulida. I describe myself as a confident, versatile, and committed individual. I've always been skilled with communication and technology, so I took my bachelor's degree in computer science and had my practical training at Alfalink Total Solutions, where I worked as a Service receptionist managing clients' concerns in terms of their computer issues. I've also been passionate about helping people with their concerns. After I graduated, I began my career as a customer service representative at SP Madrid Associates, focusing on housing debt collection for almost 3 years. During my time there, I was able to perform consistently and was awarded as one of the best collectors.
