As a Construction Contract Admin I manage the entire lifecycle of construction contracts, ensuring all parties—owners, contractors, and subcontractors—meet their legal and financial obligations. This role bridges the gap between project management and legal compliance, focusing on risk mitigation, cost control, and detailed documentation.
Experience: 2 - 5 years
• Supports construction/engineering projects by managing documentation, coordinating teams, and handling administrative/technical tasks, acting as a crucial link between field and office, preparing reports, monitoring schedules, processing payments/submittals, and ensuring compliance with plans and standards • Prepares Quantity Take Off, PERT/CPTR schedule of project or bar chart, monitor project cost expenses, Evaluate the performances of subcontractors, oversees daily operation of project sites, perform other relevant tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
