Profile Description

I was connected before with Central Mindanao University as College Clerk under the Dean's Office wherein I am tasked to encode school data in the database. I was also incharged of the Database
enrolment System in the College. I was also the record custodian of all records of the whole students of the College of Engineering, thus,i was trained how to flle documents and make sure to encode data of students. I am well-verse in the useof Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, internet applications and all other windows based applications. I stayed there for four years.
I was then hired in Synnex Concentrix as Product Support Representative (call center agent) in 2008-2009. I was in the voice support, wherein we troubleshoot
Linksys devices
specifically routers, hub,switches, range expanders, modems and all other products of Linksys. We were trained on the different devices as well as the different operating systems of computers. We were also trained excellent customer service. We document every word the client is asking for or whatever is the concern of the client including our troubleshooting steps, thus, it trained me well to encode fast.
Lastly, I am currently connected with Court of Appeals Mindanao Station as Court Aide II. I am specifically incharged with the Judicial Records since I belong in the Archives Division. Basically, we encode data, files,cases,databased informations.
