Experienced in using Microsoft Excel for construction-related reports, BOQs, detailed estimates, Program of Works, progress trackers, procurement logs, cost monitoring sheets, Gantt schedules, and dashboard reporting. Skilled in formulas, tables, conditional formatting, charts, data validation, pivot tables, and organizing construction data into clear, review-ready workbooks.

I use this software in my part-time freelance projects when I need to do quantity takeoff since it helps me in easy and fast way. I've been using this from time to time since college days; I am accepting sidelines since then.

Experienced in my previous work. Able to accomplish from scratch to finish of the project. I also experienced accepting part-time as takeoff specialist and estimator from different contractor and sub-contractor where I performed quantity takeoffs.

I have also experience as project inspector/staff. I assist in preparing project schedules (PERT-PDM, bar charts) and monitoring progress through weekly and monthly accomplishment reports and SWA.

Undergone 40-HOUR BASIC AUTOCAD: 2D ISOMETRIC DRAWING. AutoCAD's been part of my work and even in my college so I am able to improve my AutoCAD drafting skill.

Also part of my work experience. Managed to produce detailed estimates used for budget proposal and approval. I am also studying estimate-related softwares.

I've heard about this during college but I only had time to study and practice this software in the last 6 months since I really want to be working from home. One of the software being used in assisting clients internationally in quantity takeoff and estimation is this together with MS excel and bluebeam Revu that's why I decided to study this software to build my foundation stronger.
