Profile Description
I help builders, contractors, estimators, and construction companies streamline project workflows through accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimation support, construction documentation, and project coordination.
I am a Licensed Civil Engineer with over 3 years of experience working on residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. My background includes preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, cost estimates, RFIs, variation orders, tender documents, and project reports while coordinating with project teams to support successful project delivery.
My tools include PlanSwift, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam Revu, Google Workspace, and Asana. I am comfortable reviewing construction drawings, organizing project documentation, tracking project progress, and supporting daily administrative and estimating tasks.
I am available for full-time remote work during Australian and US business hours and am seeking a long-term position where I can contribute consistently and grow with the company.
