I am a Civil Engineering graduate with hands-on experience in construction support, quantity takeoffs, and basic cost estimation. I have worked part-time with a construction firm while studying, which gave me real exposure to plans, BOQs, site coordination, and project documentation.
I can assist contractors, builders, and engineers with quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, CAD drawings, and general construction virtual assistance. I am detail-oriented, reliable, and quick to learn new systems and workflows.
What I can help you with:
• Quantity takeoffs (concrete, rebar, masonry, finishes)
• Basic construction cost estimates
• BOQ preparation and plan reading
• AutoCAD drafting and drawing revisions
• STAAD.Pro (basic structural modeling)
• Construction admin support (RFIs, submittals, spreadsheets)
I am looking for a long-term remote position where I can grow as a construction estimator or engineering VA while providing accurate and dependable support to your projects.
