Profile Description

I have over 5–7 years of solid experience in the construction industry, primarily serving as a Project In-Charge and Site Engineer, where I was responsible for overseeing day to day construction activities, coordinating with contractors and project stakeholders, and ensuring that projects were executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, budgets, and schedules.

Throughout my career in site operations, I have developed strong expertise in project supervision, site coordination, quality control, and progress monitoring, ensuring that construction works are delivered efficiently while maintaining compliance with safety standards and technical requirements. My role also involved managing manpower, resolving on-site technical issues, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.

Currently, I am transitioning into a full-time Quantity Surveyor (QS) role, with almost 1–2 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out works. In this capacity, I have been involved in cost management, quantity take-offs, and financial monitoring of projects, supporting the overall cost control process from project planning through project completion.

In addition to quantity surveying responsibilities, I also contribute to the project management process by assisting in the evaluation and review of project schedules, bid clarifications, and contract documents. My role includes assessing project accomplishments and work progress, reviewing contractor billings and payment applications, and ensuring that claims are aligned with actual site progress and contract provisions.

I also participate in the review and evaluation of Variation Orders and Change Orders , verifying cost implications and ensuring that all project modifications are properly documented and justified. Furthermore, I assist in contract administration and billing assessment, helping ensure transparency, cost accuracy, and compliance with contractual requirements.

With my combined experience in site engineering, project supervision, and quantity surveying, I bring a well rounded understanding of both construction execution and project cost management. This background allows me to effectively bridge the gap between site operations and financial control, contributing to the successful delivery of projects while maintaining schedule efficiency and budget discipline.
